HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH US.
If you want to place an order with us for your convenience, please read and understand the steps below.

1. We manufacture our icons and candles in the Western suburbs of Sydney, NSW, Australia.
We hand-make all our products, in a generic form ie plain candles or icons, or personalised form ie candles or icons where we print customer specific details.
We cater for all Christian denominations and our products can be used for all stages of life ie from birth to sleeping with the Lord.
 
2.We make all our products to order.
Emergencies (sickness or death) will be ready for dispatch within 24 hours, after we receive your order.
Normal orders will take 3-4 weeks. Freight will be charged at cost.
 
3. WHEN YOU BUY from us you need to make TWO decisions.
3a. WHAT image you want.
We have a library of more than 15000 religious images that you can access from the left of our web page. You can also use your own image, and/or your own text.  
3b. WHERE you want this image printed on.
(candle, wooden plaque, glass plaque, size and finish).
 
4. When you order products, you need to deposit 50% of the order value before we start processing your order. Before we dispatch the order we will ask you to pay the remaining amount.
 
6. You can pay us with a cheque, Money order, Internet Banking, or Visa. Do not send us your VISA details via email. We will call you and get them from you over the phone.

Enjoy our products as much as we enjoy making them. And remember if you know somebody that you believe can benefit from any of our products, but he/she can not afford it, let us know and we will send them the product free of charge.
Also we do not charge when our products are for sick children.

When freight companies or Australia Post are involved in delivery of goods - your name and address will be supplied to that company so your order can be delivered.
We collect your email address only and use it attached to your invoice.
We do not sell, trade or rent customer information to anyone.
We will contact you directly via email to confirm placement of your order. We will also contact you when your order does not contain enough personal or delivery information for us to complete your order.
E-mails. We do not share your e-mail address with any other companies. We do not sell personal information.
Telephone. We will only contact you by telephone with information regarding orders placed on-line. This may be in the case of an error with the order.
Your records. We can provide you with access to your stored information. This may include customer number, transaction information (dates of purchases), communications that you have directed to our site, your contact information (e.g. name, address, phone number).
TERMS and CONDITIONS.
By placing an order with us you are agreeing with the stated Terms and Conditions. 1. All Goods remain the property of ours until payment is received in full.
2. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollar.
4. Non-specification of colors, size or quantity etc. will result in a delay. Your 'order start date' will commence from the day payment of the deposit is received, and/or all required information such as colors/dimensions/quantities etc. is received.
5. As all products are handmade / handcrafted, they may be subject to slight variation.
The photographs shown on this website depict a representation of the completed article.
6. Delivery will be organized by us and freight is based on "cost" price.
7. A sample of our work can be sent to you, for $20.00. This amount will be refunded when you place an order, greater than $200.00. The image will be random.
8. You must notify us within 2 days if you receive faulty goods.
9. We deliver all around the world.
10. We assume that you are the copyright holder of the images you are providing us with, and that you allow us to use them for marketing our poducts on the web and hardcopy brochures.
11. We do not charge for sick children.
12. If you know anybody that can benefit from any of our products, but he/she can not afford it, please let us know and we will send them the product or a similar one, free of charge.
